Fran Marino attended South Texas State College of Law. She entered the Real Estate profession with a background as a paralegal for a large law firm in Houston, Texas. Fran feels her extensive career as a paralegal was very rewarding and taught her many things that she believes have benefited her in the real estate industry. She has learned to negotiate, while keeping her clients best interests in mind, to listen to what is being said and to maintain flexibility and understanding. She can perform multiple tasks simultaneously and be assertive while remaining calm under the most stressful situations. Fran has long been active in supporting her community in charitable organizations & volunteering which includes the Ronald McDonald House, the Fisher House, the Texas Women’s Cattleman Org, The 100 Club (for our fallen Peace Officers & Fireman), the Bicycle Ball Supporter, the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, Shepherd Park Plaza Civic & Garden Club and attends St. Rose of Lima Church. As a productive listing and selling agent, Fran understands the emotions and stress involved with the home buying and selling process.
